We have steady walk-in traffic that helps fill your column while you build your own book, and I support you in growing it — not just throwing you on the floor and hoping.

Responsibilities

• Perform haircuts, blowouts, styling and finishing services
• Perform color services, highlights, balayage, toning and color transformations
• Provide conditioning, strengthening and other hair treatments
• Consult with guests about their hair goals
• Recommend appropriate services and professional hair-care products
• Provide an excellent guest experience
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Contribute to our social media and educational content — reels, before-and-afters and quick tutorials, because great hair deserves to be shown off

Qualifications

Required

• Active Texas Cosmetology License
• 3–5+ years of professional salon experience
• Strong haircutting and styling skills
• Strong color and highlighting skills
• Experience with balayage, toning and color transformations
• Ability to conduct professional hair consultations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional and reliable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning

Preferred

• Existing clientele
• Experience creating social media content, including reels and before-and-after content
